Money Talks.To promote their new 79¢ 89¢ 99¢ "Why Pay More Value Menu," Taco Bell asked us to create a fully interactive microsite that would emphasize the menu's low prices and massive variety. The microsite titled "Money Talks" showcases a group of live action, coin-headed rappers, moving and singing to a custom rhyme that features the menu items. Users are able to personalize the video by uploading their photo as well as their friends' onto the individual coin heads.
Afterwards they have the option to send the video to their friends. Another component of the site allows users to get their customized rap name up on the Taco Bell marquee. Within its first 24 hours, the site pulled in more than 400,000 hits and had people posting their customized rap videos onto YouTube. Launch Website.
