Pacific City
Putting a village on the map.

We recently developed a whole brand platform for Pacific City, a new oceanside village that will be a future premier address for condos, townhouses, a boutique hotel and nightlife. The challenge of developing the visual language for Pacific City was to create a platform that could initially attract potential business partners as well as work on a long term level to build a new image for Huntington Beach and redefine Orange County luxury.

Inspired by the juxtaposition of high design and casual southern California lifestyle, we developed everything from logos and style guides to signage, monuments and sculptures, incorporating textures and materials that complimented the Huntington Beach environment. The result is a fresh urban vibe and sophisticated style previously unknown to the area.
