• eBay Express We-commerce.

    We were called on to help articulate the newly launched eBay Express, which offers an online non-auction shopping experience. We needed to strike a balance between this newly offered sub-brand and eBay's already existing image as the world's number one auction site. In order to achieve this, we developed a strategic design aesthetic, which involved lifestyle-based imagery and graphical elements that highlighted the "speed to purchase."

    To add onto the already existing concepts essential to eBay itself — "humanity", "reality" and "community" — the primary description for Express became "contemporary." The site was designed to both greet and grab the consumer with a lifestyle-directed marketing "handshake." Our overall development of an elegant and uncluttered look for the Express brand proved to be unique in the category.
