Carlsberg The coolest campaign ever.
In response to flagging UK sales behind Heineken and Budweiser, Carlsberg developed the most advanced collar cooling technology on the market, ensuring that every pint would be poured at a consistent 3.5 degrees Celsius (approximately 38 degrees Fahrenheit.) We were appointed to communicate what this innovative technology meant to the consumer.
We recommended positioning Carlsberg as the coldest lager with the line "Now double chilled" to reflect the technology which chills the product at the pump. The result was a fully integrated campaign in outdoor and ambient media, which we executed to successfully raise brand awareness and communicate the "coldest" message to Carlsberg's target audience.
