    Shopping as sport.

    adidas approached us for a range of global retail designs that would appear in their flagship sports boutiques as well as major department stores from New York to Paris. They sought to promote an innovative, breakthrough style and strengthen brand loyalty to a younger, more progressive audience. The global retail project asked that we custom design storefront window displays and then tailor that design to the environments inside major department stores. The treatments needed to draw consumers into the space, educate them about the innovative products and showcase the message, "Impossible is Nothing."

    For the windows, we combined vector, 3D and 2D elements with adidas' stock photos of star athletes to create massive brand-accentuating pieces. The images were printed on a variety of transparent materials such as mesh, acrylic and Duraclear to create a dynamic, layered visual effect. For the in-store installations, we adapted the design to the more intimate settings with one hundred custom print elements arranged in posters of all sizes.
